In the decades since its founding, the Community Design Committee  lead the effort to restore Medina’s historic Victorian business district, placed an exact replica of an 1875 gazebo in the center of public square (using funds from the Letha House Foundation), contributed to the municipal Engine House Museum,  partnered with the City of Medina on projects including street light maintenance, the creation of the Historic District and design guidelines and the Medina Downtown Neighborhood Improvement Placemaking Strategy.
